Desk. Coffee. Work. Connect.

There’s nothing worse than getting in a rut. It can leave you feeling unmotivated, unfocused, and lonely. And that can be a real productivity killer.

Sometimes you need a fresh perspective and a place to connect.

Find your rhythm at Medford Cowork Collective

Whether you’re a small business owner, entrepreneur, freelancer, telecommuter – or just needing office space – our coworking space has what you need to thrive. Created for the Rogue Valley’s most creative and dedicated professionals and service providers, we’ve covered every detail so you can focus on your success.

Productivity. Community. On Demand.

Explore community, motivation, and focus in our beautiful Downtown and East Medford locations. Vibrant social spaces and wired meeting rooms meet you where you are, whether you want to go deep with a project or connect with a new client. Inspiration (and lightning-fast internet) are included with every membership.

Looking to supercharge your productivity? Dedicated desks and executive desks offer you a consistent home base, while private offices provide complete freedom from distractions. Skip the trip to the store — our offices, desks, and common spaces are fully furnished.

Did we mention the craft coffee? It’s complimentary for you and your guests — and it’s really, really good.

Medford Cowork Collective has all the key ingredients for a fabulous coworking experience and community and made a huge, positive impact on my 2020 year, which, for most business owners like myself, was a turbulent time.
It’s been great for meeting clients safely and sanely during the COVID pandemic and helps me break out of my routine when I’m feeling uninspired so I can get back to creativity. It’s so cool to see innovation, creativity, and technology happening in southern Oregon with places like MCC!

 We take the pandemic seriously.

Vaccinated staff, enhanced cleaning protocols, and enforced masking are just a few of the ways we are doing our part to stop the spread.
