Small Conference Room

 

Price: $25 per hour or $175 for the full day
Seats: 2-3

A holdover from our building’s days as a bank, our small conference room is housed in what used to be the vault. It’s perfect for 1:1 or Zoom meetings.

Event Rentals

 

Rent our gallery space for your corporate event, party, or anniversary! Work with our experienced staff to design an event that will impress your guests and respect your bottom line. Our central Medford location means your guests will find transportation a piece of cake.

We work with your local vendors to ensure every event has the Medford touch. Kitchen access and bar service may be negotiated. To keep our rental space accessible, there is no catering minimum. Discounts available for members.

  • Our small but mighty team begins working behind the scenes as soon as you book your room. We understand that things happen! To keep things running smoothly, please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel your booking. Below is our cancellation policy and the refund you can expect when you cancel.

    • 30 Days or more before Booking starts - 100% refund

    • 2 weeks before Booking starts - 75% refund

    • 1 week before Booking starts - 50% refund

    • 1 Week or less before Booking starts - 0% refund

  • Yes! We know creativity doesn’t stop at 5 pm. When you book a meeting room after hours, we’ll email you everything you need to have a smooth experience no matter the time of day. Prefer to have your event staffed? We can offer out-of-hours staffing for an additional charge.

  • We are happy to help keep you and your team fed and happy! We offer catering at market prices from local vendors. Additionally, we can help you manage food delivery or storage in our kitchen. Just let us know in advance what you need and we’ll find the perfect solution.
